I have a glossary of terms that the clients will learn that will help them to ask questions of the consumers. Upon completion of the training, the showroom people will get a certificate of completion that they may display on their wall for their customers to see.
Through the many years of visiting DPH showrooms and observing and interacting with the sales staff it became clear that few had very little knowledge of plumbing.
